Customer Support
The customer support team wasn't hard to reach. When I signed up, I couldn't add my country. I needed to get this fixed so I could get my bonus and then begin playing. However, every time I would connect with a customer service representative! So their customer service was very helpful, and I still managed to get in and play and I ended up getting emails for the bonus.

Their graphics were not very high quality compared to some of the other games that I have played online. The games ran smooth, but the look and feel of them were top notch. Also, you should make sure your Internet connection is working correctly since you do not download an interface, you play right from your computer's web browser.
