What's your best sports movie of all time?

I loved Hoosiers and Friday night lights. Rudy was also pretty inspirational.

Any others that I'm not thinking of?

I recently saw Invincible which was based on a true story. It was actually very very good. The real story is somewhat different from the movie, but it was inspirational and I thought it was nicely done.

I did an article on that. What an interesting story. i like most that Vince was an educator. he gave back to the system that nurtured his running ad football. But you wonder why anybody didn't grab him for the prep season and devlop him more???

I have yet to see the film but i really want to enjoy it.

The movie is excellently made. You really should watch it. I was a little disappointed to read the true story afterwards and realize that it wasn't quite as sugar-coated as the movie, but Disney are always a safe bet for a solid movie and they really did a good job with this one.

I think I gotta go with The Longest Yard. Not so much a sports movie as the sport was a vehicle for something else, but hey it was a great movie.
